Check sensor input → PLC interlock → robot DI/DO → gripper output. Record input states and output timing separately.
What to Prepare
Prepare the I/O map, alarm screenshots, photos of sensor LEDs, and video showing the missed detection. Include any recent wiring or component replacements.
